History
West Point business strike, issued only in the 1996 uncirculated mint set to mark the 50th anniversary of the Roosevelt dime. NGC lists it as "1996 W 10C MS" with a mintage of 1,457,949. It is the only circulating-format Roosevelt dime to carry a W mintmark.
